For automated or practice-initiated messages, you will generally receive no more than 1–2 messages per appointment, request, reminder, campaign, or interaction unless additional communication is needed. If you reply to us or initiate a text conversation, message frequency may increase as we respond to your questions or continue the conversation.

THE ēSSENTIAL DENTIST reserves the right to alter message frequency at any time to increase or decrease the total number of messages, subject to applicable law and your communication preferences.

5. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. THE ēSSENTIAL DENTIST is not responsible for any messaging or data charges imposed by your carrier.

You can opt out of receiving SMS or MMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message.

After you opt out, you may receive one final message confirming that your request has been processed. No further non-essential text messages will be sent unless you opt back in.
